Key Responsibilities

  • •Join a team focused on protecting client investments and delivering post-trade solutions from day one.
  • •Understand investment opportunities and how HSBC helps keep investors and assets secure in a global marketplace.
  • •Own projects to gain hands-on experience with key products and services.
  • •Apply innovation, technology, and digital tools to better serve clients.
  • •Explore multiple specialisms across post-trade services, including custody, funds, agency lending & liquidity, alternatives, trustee/fiduciary services, and digital data & innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or 3.2/4.0 for overseas equivalents) before the programme start date.
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Have already graduated or will have completed studies before the programme start date.
  • •We will consider candidates that require visa sponsorship for this role.
