•Own the end-to-end Growth roadmap: signup, onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and in-product expansion into AI product lines.
•Build and run a high-tempo experimentation practice with discipline to determine signal vs. noise.
•Design how customers discover and adopt new products inside Help Scout in partnership with product owners.
•Create growth models, experiment standards, and playbooks that enable teams to ship growth work confidently.
•Provide strategic input to pricing and packaging decisions and translate customer and data learning into company-wide insights.
