  • •Own the end-to-end Growth roadmap: signup, onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and in-product expansion into AI product lines.
  • •Build and run a high-tempo experimentation practice with discipline to determine signal vs. noise.
  • •Design how customers discover and adopt new products inside Help Scout in partnership with product owners.
  • •Create growth models, experiment standards, and playbooks that enable teams to ship growth work confidently.
  • •Provide strategic input to pricing and packaging decisions and translate customer and data learning into company-wide insights.
