Job Summary

Lead and grow HSBC’s Foreign Exchange (FX) product suite, including Retail Cash FX, transactional FX, Global Payments, and Dual Currency Investment (DCI). Own product strategy and profitability through pricing and customer proposition, spearhead implementations aligned to BNM Foreign Exchange Policy, and drive revenue-generating promotions with internal stakeholders. Analyze market competition to identify new initiatives, lead change initiatives, and improve related systems to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow Retail Cash FX, transactional FX, Global Payments, and Dual Currency Investment (DCI) products.
•Develop and optimize product offerings and pricing to improve profitability and meet retail customer needs.
•Implement BNM Foreign Exchange Policy processes to ensure compliance.
•Drive revenue-generating products/services through joint promotions with Retail Deposits, Proposition, and other stakeholders.
•Analyze market environment and recommend initiatives to grow market share and counter competitors offers.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or equivalent.
•More than 5 years of working experience in financial institutions or a related field.
•Extensive experience in Product Management across sales, product, and distribution.
•Strong academic credentials with professional accreditations in investments.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to write persuasively and converse fluently in English.
