Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all program and project costs for Belgrade Waterfront Development activities
  • •Conduct cost estimation and ensure project control procedures are executed to achieve company objectives
  • •Oversee cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • •Support project planning, risk assessment, financial planning, and reporting
  • •Assist in preparation and analysis of tender and contract documents; liaison with accountants for cost reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of work experience on construction projects as QS.
  • •Experience in cost reporting/cost engineering on complex construction projects.
  • •Good understanding of building contracts terms and conditions.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost management techniques and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; excellent English.
