Supervisor - Workshop

Oversee workshop operations by managing the performance of mechanics, electricians, and service station teams. Coordinate service and repair job orders from service advisors, manage loading and workflow, justify additional repairs with customer approvals, and raise requisitions for approved parts. Drive productivity targets including revenue, turnaround time, fix-right-first-time, and productive efficiency, while coaching technicians and ensuring SOP and ISO-QSE compliance.
