Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive service and repair job orders from service advisors.
  • •Manage loading and provide technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimates, obtaining customer approval.
  • •Raise material requisitions for approved additional parts, follow up on ordered parts, and keep advisors informed.
  • •Monitor service orders (WIP), ensure timely billing, and achieve vehicle ready turnaround time.
  • •Coach and educate technicians to improve performance and KPIs, develop cross-functionality, and ensure SOP and ISO-QSE compliance.
