•Define product requirements, write clear specs, and prioritize features and bugs that move core metrics.
•Lead planning and execution across product and engineering initiatives with clearly defined goals, timelines, and deliverables.
•Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives) to maintain velocity and morale.
•Ensure ticket and task hygiene: actionable, well-documented, and properly sized before entering a sprint.
•Monitor project health, identify risks early, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 240,000 annually
