Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including deadlines, deliverables, troubleshooting/problem resolution, conflict management, and client/stakeholder management.
  • •Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to serve them.
  • •Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
  • •Provide support to existing clients and ensure effective key account management.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks until completion and support team development through coaching and training.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Operational insurance business and/ or consultancy experience for more than 5 years.
  • •Expert knowledge of AI frameworks, using AI tools in daily tasks, and consulting clients on AI adoption.
  • •Project and program management methods, including process development and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience with change management, quality management, integration/re-organization, and training/lecturing.
