Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology and real-time data to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose equipment issues.
  • •Practice safe job practices while performing maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Order parts and maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
  • •Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair; ability to move/stand/stoop/bend and lift up to 50 pounds at times.
