Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inclusion/changes of pricelists and medical networks to the client scheme and database system.
  • •Communicate with payers for price clarifications and coordinate with internal stakeholders (claims, pre-cert, etc.) and other medical inquiries.
  • •Maintain high-quality outputs of pricelists and network updates to satisfy preset service standards and avoid claims leakage.
  • •Issue periodic or daily reports on performance.
  • •Assist with new enhancements and keep accurate records of activities for internal and external review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Medical background is a plus)
  • •2+ years experience in TPA hospitals or medical centers exposure is a plus
  • •Physically fit to carry out duties
  • •Legally permitted to work in the country of operations
  • •Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
