  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in engineering (or similar technical discipline) with no experience required (degree + experience preferred).
  • •Understands and can apply statistical data analysis, with good problem-solving skills.
  • •Understands metrology and measurement best practices.
  • •Ability to write manufacturing documentation and communicate effectively (oral and written).
