Research and develop novel methods to push the capabilities of large language models. Build tooling and infrastructure for large-scale training, evaluation, and analysis, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deploy AI systems with tangible real-world impact. Work across modalities including reasoning, code generation, text, image, and speech, and contribute to open-source by releasing frontier models and tools.
