Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and optimize PO management execution, including PO creation (where applicable) and change memo issuance aligned to business requirements.
  • •Analyze weekly exceptions and unconfirmed POs, proactively resolve issues, and mitigate risks to protect CRD dates.
  • •Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery; escalate and resolve critical supply chain risks.
  • •Improve delivery performance and lead-time efficiency with VF Logistics and vendors, and drive factory KPI performance and vendor scorecard accuracy.
  • •Provide advanced analytics and insights using production tracking tools; lead change management and process improvements across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or PO management.
  • •Proven end-to-end PO management experience, including exception handling and complex order changes.
  • •Advanced analytical skills, including strong Excel proficiency (Pivot, advanced formulas, and data analysis/reporting).
  • •Experience with vendor/factory management, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and supply chain planning/production cycles.
