Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive senior client workshops to frame problems and solutions and support RFP/RFI responses and architectural evaluations.
  • •Own end-to-end client advisory, opportunity creation, demand generation, and client success.
  • •Define and enforce data modeling, metadata, lineage, and quality/governance standards for pharma AI foundations.
  • •Architect end-to-end cloud-native data solutions on AWS and Databricks, including observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • •Review and guide technical execution across complex programs, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term architectural strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in AI, software development, data engineering, or data architecture.
  • •5+ years in life-sciences consulting.
  • •Strong experience with Databricks, dbt Core/Cloud, Python, Spark, SQL, and distributed compute paradigms, plus Data Vault 2.0 experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, DynamoDB, Lambda, Athena, Kinesis).
  • •Experience translating analytical requirements into scalable architectures and building CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and cost-optimization frameworks.
