Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery and develop project execution plans with Commission Directors.
  • •Lead client engagements to capture data, analysis, and modelling requirements.
  • •Develop end-to-end data processes and data models, including designing data solutions with client IT teams.
  • •Build dashboards and visualisations, and support client use of model outputs for decision making.
  • •Test solutions against requirements, conduct assurance checks, and prepare written project communication, reports, and pitch materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering data and analytics solutions, including data processes and data modelling.
  • •Ability to programme in DAX, Python, VBA, and SQL.
  • •Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Blob Storage) and reporting architecture.
  • •Experience delivering in Agile and strong analytic/numeracy skills to understand and present data in different representations.
