Job Summary

Lead broking for complex property insurance across Asia, negotiating and placing insurance/reinsurance contracts, and managing new opportunities, renewals and mid-term adjustments. Collaborate with Sales, Specialty, and regional teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions, contribute to tender responses, ensure compliance with MAS regulations and company policies, and share market insights to drive growth and optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts for the Specialty across Asia, producing desktop and market quotations and lead terms.
•Independently handle place new/expanded business opportunities, renewals and mid-term adjustments to improve market competitiveness and drive growth.
•Partner with Sales, Marketing, Specialty Team and in-country networks to deliver a wide range of insurance solutions and services to clients.
•Contribute to tender responses for the Specialty to ensure timely submissions and high-quality reports.
•Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and Aon policies; drive broking excellence initiatives and share knowledge/practices across the team.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years’ broking experience in wholesale or retail markets
•Degree with ACII / AAII qualification or equivalent (not essential)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with external markets and regional offices
•Meticulous, hardworking and a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills
•Demonstrates knowledge of the Insurance industry within the APAC region
