Job Summary

Lead the digital transformation of the Quality Assurance organization by building a QA digital roadmap and driving continuous process automation. Develop Quality KPIs and dashboards, convert manufacturing and laboratory data into actionable insights, and apply predictive analytics to detect risks before defects occur. Own improvement of QA digital platforms (e.g., LIMS and electronic production record) while ensuring compliance with GMP, CSV, and data integrity, and build QA capability through citizen development and data-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the QA digital roadmap aligned with site and business strategy, prioritizing initiatives by value, risk reduction, and productivity impact.
•Digitalize and automate QA processes, including batch record review, laboratory workflows, quality inspection, and quality system management.
•Build Quality KPIs and dashboards, transform manufacturing/lab data into insights, and drive predictive analytics to detect quality risks early.
•Own or coordinate continuous improvement of QA digital platforms (e.g., LIMS, Proficy, electronic production record, quality systems/historian) while ensuring GMP, CSV, and data integrity compliance.
•Design QA capability matrix, build citizen developer capability, and promote continuous digital innovation and data-driven problem solving across sites.

Key Requirements

•Strong data analytics skills, with Python and SQL preferred.
•Ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
•Experience managing projects, changes, and stakeholders.
•Strong statistical and loss analysis skills.
•Proficiency with O365 tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, plus other AI applications.
