Support the asset management team by analyzing and monitoring a multi-billion-dollar commercial mortgage loan portfolio secured by U.S. real estate. Evaluate borrower consent/approval requests, interpret loan terms and ancillary provisions, and perform financial statement and collateral/property inspection analysis. Maintain data integrity in the loan management system and partner with due diligence, closing, and legal teams to support post-closing asset management responsibilities.

•Maintain data integrity by entering loan information into Nationwide’s loan management system and related downstream systems.
