Monitor and respond to physical security alerts in a 24/7 command center, triaging alarms, calls, emails, and incident notifications for the bank’s sites. Dispatch emergency services for life/safety events, maintain alert-service standards, and support administrative tasks for audit and regulatory requirements on a third-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve security system alarms, calls, email, and alerts to mitigate business disruptions, injury, and loss of life or assets.
•Support optimum performance of physical security equipment including cameras, DVR/NVR, Parabit, access readers, alarm devices, and panel communication lines.
•Dispatch emergency services for life/safety events and maintain relationships with business areas, divisions, vendors, and emergency services.
•Monitor third-party emergency alert notification systems (NC4, 3SI, SOS Travel Tracker) and maintain Alertline service level standards for emergency and non-emergency calls.
•Complete administrative tasks to meet audit, regulatory, and internal procedure obligations, ensuring event notification timelines are followed.

Key Requirements
