Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport and escort patients safely to pre-determined locations between hospital departments.
  • •Assist with evacuations during emergency situations.
  • •Execute driver functions as requested and within hospital guidelines.
  • •Ensure integrity and confidentiality of patient rights and Mediclinic values.
  • •Support hospital operations by transporting and escorting equipment, files, and related items.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 (Essential education).
  • •Client services/dealing with the public (Essential minimum experience).
  • •Licence with PDP.
  • •English proficiency (read, speak and write).
  • •Kinetic handling principles and knowledge of Health and Safety Act and regulations.
