Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day compensation support for U.S. and Canada operations and Westchester-based HR partners, including job evaluation review and internal equity offer reviews.
  • •Manage and analyze the annual compensation cycle (Merit, AIP, LTI).
  • •Support responses to emerging regulations and practices (e.g., FLSA compliance, pay transparency) through project ownership.
  • •Collaborate with Guadalajara and Kuala Lumpur service centers to drive process improvements and strengthen Total Rewards understanding.
  • •Support North America benefits and committee materials prep, including annual enrollment and retirement plan audits, and improve reporting tools and analysis.

Key Requirements
