Job Summary

Oversee and perform mobile maintenance for construction equipment, trucks, trailers, batch plants, paving machines, and other job-site equipment. Coordinate daily maintenance priorities to support equipment availability and production schedules, direct field mechanics, and ensure safe, efficient repairs through preventative maintenance planning. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, coordinate parts and vendor work, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and inspection records.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and prioritize daily mobile maintenance work to support equipment availability, production schedules, and operational needs.
•Provide direction, guidance, and technical support to mechanics and maintenance personnel in the field.
•Monitor work quality and completion of maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient repairs per company standards.
•Plan preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate equipment downtime, and communicate maintenance needs with operations and management.
•Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems; coordinate parts, supplies, outside repairs, and vendor services; maintain accurate maintenance documentation and inspection records.
