Key Responsibilities

•Own Jobs Platform end-to-end, setting the multi-year vision for deployment, running, and scaling AI and other services across Core/Edge Datacenters and cloud.
•Power Roblox's AI future by building the platform that enables frontier models and next-gen AI workloads with proper primitives, scheduling guarantees, and resource classes.
•Evolve the platform’s technical core, defining workload prioritization, isolation, preemption, and global control plane across multi-region orchestration and Kubernetes extensions.
•Improve developer experience by delivering integrated tooling (CI/CD, telemetry, profiling, tracing) and managing robust SLOs with real-time fleet signals.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration between Jobs Platform users, AI, and infrastructure engineers to balance efficiency, latency, cost, and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 280,540 - 330,950 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience building resource orchestration, workload management platforms or large-scale distributed systems.
•Track record of building developer-facing platforms that engineers love to use, with strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and developer tooling.
•Experience building and operating Kubernetes and service mesh at scale, including custom Operators, Controllers, and CRDs beyond vanilla Kubernetes.
•Familiarity with GPU/accelerator architecture and the scheduling challenges it introduces.
•Background in AI model development, training, and inference, with a builder mindset to prototype and evolve products using AI.
