Key Responsibilities

•Maintain reception desk services including greeting visitors and assisting internal employees while delivering excellent customer service
•Support administrative needs for standard office operations as well as recurring or ad hoc projects, including meeting room coordination and reporting on office and conference room utilization
•Coordinate with building property management team and vendors to submit tickets for repairs, maintenance and miscellaneous requests
•Monitor internal feedback channels (e.g., Slack, ServiceNow) and escalate findings as needed
•Assist with delivering employee-centric programs, events, and initiatives to strengthen company culture
