Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex, mega projects.
  • •Establish overall contract success criteria across time, cost, and performance; implement project governance and lifecycle processes.
  • •Maintain and support the evaluation of the risk register, including risks and variations tied to performance objectives.
  • •Monitor and apply performance management techniques using KPIs; manage change control processes and advise on project finances.
  • •Act as the day-to-day interface for the project team and client to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered within time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
  • •Professional experience delivering project control roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects.
  • •Experience in planning & scheduling and cost management.
  • •Experience in risk management, change control information management, and reporting on complex projects.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and relevant cost management systems such as Prism and Unifier.
