Recycling Operations NF Manager

Lead nonferrous (NF) receiving and processing operations, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (H&S/E) requirements. Direct equipment and personnel to meet daily operational needs, maintain layouts for workflow, and implement process improvements to improve quality, profitability, and safety. Manage equipment/maintenance coordination, inventory reporting and monthly audits, and partner with commercial teams on buying programs and yard capacity. Oversee internal controls and supervise the NF Processing Department.
