Regional Director, Field Engineering - Verticals

Lead and scale a regional pre-sales Field Engineering team focused on a vertical, partnering with Sales to drive technical discovery, demos, and POCs for enterprise accounts. Own the build-out of the vertical playbook, create collateral, and coach engineers. Act as voice of the field to Product/Engineering while ensuring smooth handoffs to post-sales and maintaining deep knowledge of Cursor’s AI-native development platform.
