Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plans, including amendments/revisions, to meet project quality requirements.
  • •Establish quality objectives aligned with IMS corporate objectives and monitor QA/QC reports and technical submittals.
  • •Build and implement control systems for suppliers/subcontractors and conduct site audits.
  • •Oversee review of material submittals and contractor method statements to ensure project quality requirements are met.
  • •Lead QA/QC team development and training, ensure QMS/approved forms/document generation compliance, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure project QA/QC plans meet project quality requirements, including preparing, reviewing, amending, and obtaining approval within required timelines.
  • •Establish and monitor quality objectives aligned with IMS corporate objectives, including submittal monitoring and quarterly or need-based reviews.
  • •Build and implement control systems for suppliers and subcontractors, including site audits and oversight of contractor method statements and submittals.
  • •Develop and implement training needs and a project training matrix, monitoring training effectiveness and ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, plus 2 years GCC experience (a plus).
