Own the roadmap and strategy for BNPL cross-border payments on ByteDance’s Global Payments platform. Use market and customer data to uncover growth opportunities, partner with payment providers to integrate white-label or co-branded BNPL experiences, and oversee end-to-end transaction handling including disputes. Partner with analytics to define KPIs and dashboards, collaborate with support/ops for issue resolution, and stay current on BNPL regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine the BNPL product roadmap and strategy with cross-functional partners including legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
•Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to drive growth and optimization opportunities.
•Collaborate with payment partners to integrate whitelabel or co-branding BNPL solutions while ensuring seamless user experience and regulatory compliance.
•Manage the end-to-end BNPL transaction lifecycle, from onboarding customers to resolving disputes or issues.
•Work with analytics, customer support, and operations to build KPIs/dashboards and ensure timely resolution of BNPL-related customer issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, BNPL, loans, finance, or eCommerce.
•Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven decision-making.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and departments.
•Experience with end-to-end product management processes including idea generation, roadmap development, prioritization, and launch.
