Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, technical pre-sales leadership, or a senior customer-facing technical role
  • •Expert-level coding proficiency in Python and SQL, ideally Spark/PySpark (includes a live coding assessment and platform build)
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture at scale, including distributed systems, streaming/real-time, lakehouse patterns, governance, and cloud-native platforms
  • •Expert-level knowledge of the Databricks Platform (or equivalent depth with demonstrated rapid learning)
  • •Experience driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts, including leading complex enterprise evaluations
