Night Guest Service Agent

Be the warm, professional point of contact for overnight guests at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites. You’ll manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels, and process reservations, updates, and special requests using the property management system. Working night shifts (up to 30+ hours/week), you’ll resolve issues quickly and share local recommendations to enhance every stay.
