Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage all aspects of A220 Flight Crew and Cabin Crew training compliance, including initial and recurrent requirements.
  • •Oversee flight crew line flight proficiency checks, emergency procedures training, recurrent simulator and ground training, and upgrade training.
  • •Ensure aircrew records and documentation comply with company operations manuals and applicable CASA legislation; provide administrative and operational support to the Part 121 Training organisation.
  • •Accurately implement rostering amendments for all Flight and Cabin crew in response to training disruptions while ensuring compliance with Industrial Agreements, CASA regulations, and internal procedures.
  • •Engage with stakeholders in Flight Operations, Standards and Development, and the ROC to ensure training remains effective and efficient.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in aviation/transport operations, preferably in rostering, training, or an operational role.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of airline operating practices, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • •Detailed knowledge of Aircrew Awards and relevant CASA regulations.
  • •Experience working in a high-pressure, time-critical environment while executing independently and meeting deadlines.
  • •Good computer skills, including database operations; previous experience with iFlight and 1ARES is desirable.
