Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and manage the employee life cycle, including contract deadlines, probation periods, part-time contracts, renewals, and pre-hiring processes.
  • •Coordinate onboarding and training by organizing induction meetings and monitoring mandatory training courses and follow-ups.
  • •Support processes between Lifestyle HR and the Corporate HR function at Headquarters.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and report on HR processes such as Performance & Feedback, clothing allowance, and expense reports.
  • •Provide operational and employee support, including sales incentive assignment letters and guidance on welfare topics and portals.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent Master graduate or current Master student eligible for an internship, or in your final year in Work Psychology, Economics, Law, or Human Resources Management.
  • •First work experience through internships or projects in automotive or luxury sectors.
  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to think analytically, target-oriented, and structured.
  • •Fluent English required; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
