Job Summary

Support the Lifestyle HR team in managing the employee lifecycle for the Lifestyle Department population, with a focus on Retail. Help with onboarding and training logistics, coordinate processes between Lifestyle HR and Corporate HR at Headquarters, and assist with monitoring performance feedback, clothing allowance, and expense reports. Act as an interface between employees and Admin, manage sales incentive letters, and provide guidance on welfare topics and portals.

•Assist with administration and management of the employee life cycle (contract deadlines, probation periods, part-time contracts, renewals, organizational changes, and pre-hiring processes).
•Support onboarding and training by organizing induction meetings and monitoring mandatory training courses, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
•Coordinate processes between Lifestyle HR and Corporate HR at Headquarters.
•Monitor, analyze, and report on performance and feedback activities; manage clothing allowance and support expense report monitoring.
•Provide operational and employee support, including sales incentive assignment letters and serving as an interface between Admin and employees for welfare topics and portal use.

Key Requirements

•Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or final-year candidate in Work Psychology, Economics, Law, or Human Resources Management.
•First experience through internships or projects in automotive or luxury sectors.
•Strong analytical, target-oriented, and structured thinking with attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills, including listening and in-depth reasoning, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); fluent English required (AI tools knowledge is a plus).
