Drive new business development for Fresha’s AI-powered platform in the Europe region, partnering with the Commercial team to grow strategic partnerships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, call key decision-makers, run product demos, analyze partner needs, and handle qualified inbound leads while documenting outcomes in the CRM. Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless partner experience and share market trend feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
•Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches; support some in-person meetings as appropriate.
•Present and sell Fresha products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
•Contact and follow up with 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM, while serving as a lead point of contact for partners’ commercial activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 32,500 - 41,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success
•Fluency in Croatian and English; fluency in another language is a bonus
•Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
•Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mindset
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
