Key Responsibilities

  • •Review business requirements for pricing operations changes, perform data validation and configuration checks, and document release readiness for accurate pricing logic in QTC workflows.
  • •Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
  • •Execute assigned pricing and order operations test cases and participate in UAT scenarios for quoting, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
  • •Maintain the pricing and order operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
  • •Operate under order operations rules within the QTC flow, validate signature packet generation and e-signature routing, troubleshoot order operations issues, and document defects with traceability to requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance in an agile environment, ideally with quote-to-cash processes.
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with ability to read and understand configuration logic.
  • •Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing.
  • •Comfort using conversational AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support daily and project work, with sound judgment about when human review is needed.
  • •Clear written communication skills to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
