Key Responsibilities

•Form successful relationships with clients in Italy, providing technical and business value in collaboration with Account Executives.
•Operate as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks and become a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation for adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
•Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications, and lead regional workshops, seminars, and meetups to grow the Databricks community.
•Grow knowledge to the level of a technical/industry specialist and adapt to multiple audiences with varying technical depth.
•Engage customers in technical sales, articulate clear outcomes, and build internal partnerships with account teams and stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience with coding in Python, Java or Scala and willingness to learn Spark
•Proficient with Big Data Analytics technologies and public cloud platforms
•Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs
•Location in Milan region (hybrid) with flexibility to travel up to 30% for meetings/events/trainings
•Business proficiency in Italian and English
