Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily short- and long-term (30/60/90-day) planning and scheduling of engines and modules aligned to production and customer requirements.
  • •Load customer engine data into SAP and maintain configuration accuracy.
  • •Plan inductions, manage WIP levels, and update production status boards and communication tools.
  • •Monitor gated metrics to identify schedule risks and communicate impacts to operations, materials, and quality.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional shop-floor communication, including with partner schedulers, to ensure priorities and configuration control are understood and executed.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience/training may be considered.
