Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate HIAB-equipped trucks safely for transportation, loading, unloading, and lifting of materials, equipment, and cargo.
  • •Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with company and UAE regulations.
  • •Operate the truck-mounted crane to lift, position, and place materials according to approved lifting procedures, safety requirements, and rated capacity guidelines.
  • •Secure loads properly and ensure cargo is transported safely without damage; follow lifting plans, risk assessments, and supervisor/site instructions.
  • •Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure documentation/permits/inspection records are up to date; report accidents, incidents, near misses, breakdowns, and equipment malfunctions promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid UAE Heavy Driving License.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating HIAB trucks/heavy vehicles.
  • •Good knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and safe lifting practices.
  • •Ability to read and understand lifting instructions, delivery notes, and site requirements.
  • •Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures; physically fit for yard and site work.
