Job Summary

Support OpenText VIM and Information Extraction Service (IES) capabilities such as OCR processing, invoice capture, document workflow, archive management, and invoice automation. Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, triaging incidents within SLA, performing root-cause analysis, and handling service requests and standard changes. Manage deployments, coordinate with technical and business teams, and participate in on-call shifts while following ITIL incident, problem, change, and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support OpenText VIM and IES, including OCR, invoice capture, document workflow, archive management, interface troubleshooting, and invoice automation improvements.
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA, including performing RCA for recurring issues.
•Handle service requests and standard changes; deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Support deployment activities, transport management, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
