Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full training lifecycle to develop high-quality learning solutions for customers and end users.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain courseware in line with DSAT, JSP 822, S6000T, and industry best practice.
  • •Deliver engaging product and technical training using instructor-led, practical, and digital learning content.
  • •Conduct training analysis and translate complex technical information into accessible training materials.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and performance data, maintain learning content and documentation, and support compliance with standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing and delivering training in a technical, engineering, defence, or similarly regulated environment.
  • •Experience across the training lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • •Knowledge and application of DSAT and/or S6000T and ADDIE methodologies.
  • •Experience developing and delivering training programmes and courseware, including digital learning content.
  • •Qualification in training, learning, instructional design, or courseware development.
