•Develop and own GTM strategy for new and existing security products across identity, fraud management, dispute resolution, and cybersecurity.
•Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions, pricing models, and market-aligned packaging.
•Conduct market and competitive assessments to identify commercialization opportunities, customer segments, and product-market fit.
•Lead cross-functional launch planning and ensure alignment between product, sales, marketing, operations, legal, and customer success.
•Create commercialization artifacts (positioning guides, launch playbooks, customer messaging, and sales enablement) and drive adoption using playbooks, demo narratives, talk tracks, objection handling, and ROI calculators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 121,000 - 169,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product commercialization, product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy, preferably in security, fintech, identity, risk, or SaaS.
•Strong understanding of identity verification workflows, fraud decisioning platforms, cybersecurity concepts, or dispute management systems.
•Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
•Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
