Senior Manager - Planning | Real Estate | Asset Development (Cairo, EG)

Direct and manage the planning team for a multi-use development, overseeing planning managers and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead time control management across the full development cycle, manage extension of time/disruption/delay claims, and advise development teams on procurement and planning requirements. Establish KPIs, maintain earned value and monthly budget reporting, and help manage risk registers, feasibility inputs, and delay mitigation.
