Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
  • •Circulate through the work area during shift to maintain line of sight/atmosphere control.
  • •Keep floors and venue areas neat and free of food, trash, and obstacles; sweep and mop; clean spills immediately.
  • •Clean and maintain restrooms, including refilling paper/supplies and sanitizing hardware surfaces.
  • •Operate trash compactor and ensure trash/recyclables are disposed properly; turn in lost-and-found items and report repairs and safety/fire hazards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in cleaning services or related type work.
  • •Ability to read, write and follow written instruction.
  • •High School diploma.
  • •Detail-oriented and able to work as a team with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • •Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
