•Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous, polite manner.
•Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift.
•Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and obstacles; clean spills immediately using floor signs as needed.
•Clean and maintain restrooms and refill supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary napkins, and soap).
•Report repairs required and safety and fire hazards to the supervisor; turn lost and found items in according to procedure.

•Ability to read, write and follow written instruction.
•High school diploma.
