Key Responsibilities

•Engage at the technical and operational level with partner navy engineers and requirements officers, translating capability into an operational effect while owning the commercial side (deals, pricing, terms) and export licensing coordination.
•Generate and capture opportunities for Anduril’s Undersea Dominance products; identify and pursue opportunities, understand the customer’s roadmap, and drive proposals to closure.
•Develop capture strategies and win themes; secure funding, shape requirements with stakeholders, and manage supplier strategies for competitive captures.
•Grow existing business by partnering with adjacent lines and engineers to identify new opportunities with current clients and sustain relationships for future programs.
•Communicate Anduril’s value to clients and lead the development of proposals, including RFI/RFP responses and transition planning from first sale to program of record.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record turning technical capability into closed business with complex, technical product competitions, carrying both technical and commercial conversations.
•Direct experience executing defense deals, including structuring deals, pricing, terms, and navigating export controls (ITAR/EAR).
•Experience with government acquisitions and defense program processes, including proposal development and formal communications with customers.
•Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% to support international opportunities.
•Currently possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
