Job Summary

Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of a 5-year European Commission initiative focused on modernizing and securing the EU customs environment. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with the contracting authority, monitor service delivery performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and ensure contractual obligations are met to agreed quality and service levels. •Serve as overall lead responsible for successful execution and delivery of the contract.

•Ensure contractual obligations are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards and service level commitments.
•Lead project governance, including status reporting, issue resolution, change management, and executive-level communications.

•Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and service management best practices.
