Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Construction Manager/Discipline Superintendent and oversee instrumentation and control construction activities, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and schedule achievement.
  • •Ensure I&C contractors comply with HSES policies, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Supervise and coordinate I&C construction work (e.g., instrument installation, impulse tubing, cable tray installation, instrument cabling, junction boxes, marshalling cabinets, and field instrumentation).
  • •Monitor construction progress and verify work completion against approved schedules, quality requirements, and project objectives.
  • •Conduct site inspections/surveillance, support testing/loop checking/pre-commissioning, review drawings/specifications/material deliveries, and coordinate daily/weekly work plans with project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Thai Nationals only; candidates must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
  • •Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, including work on live plant and greenfield/brownfield/turnaround/shutdown/revamp projects in industrial facilities.
  • •Extensive experience managing I&C construction activities in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, or similar process industries.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation drawings and related documentation, plus experience supervising installation, calibration, loop checking, and pre-commissioning activities.
