Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • •Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
  • •Manage contract administration across tendering and resource allocation, ensuring high performance.
  • •Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolution; provide contract-related issue resolution internally and externally.
  • •Maintain contract records, manage contract close-out/extension/renewal, and support tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Legal-related fields (preferred).
  • •2–4 years of experience as reflected by the job’s experience insights.
  • •Strong contract management experience, including drafting/procurement/legal documentation and contract modeling software skills.
  • •Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving ability with clear written communication and stakeholder communication.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage projects and objectives within constraints.
