Team Manager Design & Engineering

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and draftsmen for the design and detailed engineering of Spiral and Compabloc heat exchangers. Own the unit’s short- to mid-term goals and customer expectations, oversee estimation activities, and ensure documentation aligns with ASME and PED quality manuals. Coordinate with internal/external customers, consultants, and TPI agencies, provide technical support to bid and sales teams, and contribute to NPD/EPD projects while identifying training needs.
