Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end student comms surface from enrollment through payment, onboarding, pre-class readiness, activation, and success milestones as one coherent system.
•Design the decisioning logic behind next-best-action, including triggers, segmentation, branching, routing, and escalation with handoffs to humans when needed.
•Build and run a measurement system using metrics, experiments, holdouts, and goals to prove flows move students forward and to stop what doesn’t.
•Set guardrails so automated and AI-assisted communication remains clear, supportive, and human—not chatbot-like.
•Map the existing student lifecycle, remove redundant sends, and ship improved flows using measurable success metrics within the first 90 days.

Key Requirements

•Build a lifecycle, growth, or engagement system that ran at scale and deliver measurable outcomes (not just shipped workflows).
•Replace manual processes with systems and automation, building directly in tools like CRM/workflow platforms rather than only writing briefs.
•Reason end-to-end about workflows: triggers, required context, logic, channel, escalation, and how success is measured.
•Design communication based on student/user motivation to avoid robotic, spammy, or confusing experiences while owning the outcome.
•Have hands-on, practical curiosity about AI for workflow design, routing, personalization, QA, and scale.
