Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the finance business partner agenda for Blockchain & Digital Currencies as the senior finance advisor to product, engineering, and business leaders.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across revenues, expenses, investments, personnel, vendor spend, integration costs, synergies, and macro drivers.
  • •Own executive-level financial performance management, including close review, forecast variance analysis, risks/opportunities, operating reviews, and corporate reporting deliverables.
  • •Set finance strategy and operating cadence, including KPIs, financial frameworks, governance forums, resource allocation, and decision support standards.
  • •Lead finance integration strategy and stakeholder engagement for transactions and partnerships, and coach/develop the finance integration team.
