Key Responsibilities

•Oversee stock quality and month-coverage responsibilities, ensuring accurate replenishment planning and KPI tracking.
•Monitor in-store space capacity and organize stockrooms to support the product offer strategy.
•Implement product call strategy, including min/max settings and coordination with remote stockrooms.
•Collaborate with store management, logistics, and RM/planning teams to meet KPIs and stock targets.
•Follow up with HQ planning and store teams to optimize stock levels and product availability.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years’ experience in Retail back office or Planning/Supply Chain.
•Good understanding of supply chain basic concepts.
•Good knowledge of forecasts methodologies and tools.
•Excellent behavioral and communication skills, leadership, ability to work with sales teams and liaise with corporate teams.
•Very organized, rigorous, and reliable.
